  • Returns must be requested within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as sold, with original packaging, intact labels, and invoice.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and not damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (original bill/invoice) is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Prescription medicines once dispensed.
  • Products sold against a valid prescription.
  • Cold chain medicines (temperature-sensitive products).
  • Expired products.
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use products once sold.
  • Any product that has been opened, partially used, or tampered with.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify Us within 48 hours of delivery/purchase.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and invoice.
  • Upon verification, We may offer a replacement or refund at Our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment mode.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on Your bank/payment provider.
  • If the original payment mode is unavailable, refund may be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Our error.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch/processing.
  • Once medicines are dispensed or shipped, cancellation may not be permitted.
